Room Rental Rates
Use Table 1 below to determine whether fees are exempted, reduced, or full rate for the entity wishing to use ESD 113 meeting facilities.
Use Table 2 below to determine the room fee and any additional charges. Note that:
- Meeting rooms are rented by room and by time block.
- Rooms are available Monday through Saturday 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.
- Price includes audio/visual equipment and coffee bar.
- Video conferencing, lab computers and satellite downlink are available for an additional fee.
* Audio/Visual includes screens, LCD projector, connectivity, and microphones

*** Video Conferencing available only in certain rooms. Cost includes set-up and break-down. Price does not include an operator throughout the meeting.
+ Lab computers include set up and use of a maximum 24 laptops for training purposes. Level is for standard Office software; Level 2 is for imaged software solutions; Level 3 is for custom needs.
