InterLocal Agreements

ESD 113 enters into many agreements with school districts using the provisions of Chapter 39.34 RCW. This chapter permits local governmental units to make the most efficient use of their powers by enabling them to cooperate with units on a basis of mutual advantage and thereby provide the best services possible.
