ESD 113 Board of Directors
Here are the current members of ESD 113's Board of Directors.
Rick Anthony
Represents Chehalis, Morton, Mossyrock, Onalaska, Tenino, Toledo, White Pass and Yelm. Rick served as superintendent in White Pass and Pomeroy. He is a field marketing representative for the School Employees Credit Union of Washington.
Bill Brumsickle
Represents Adna, Boistfort, Centralia, Evaline, Napavine, Pe Ell, Raymond, Rochester, South Bend, Vader, Willapa Valley and Winlock. He is a former school administrator and served four terms in the state Legislature.
Harry Carthum
Represents Aberdeen, Cosmopolis, Hoquiam, North Beach, Ocosta, Quinault, Taholah and Wishkah Valley. He is a former superintendent for Griffin.
Howard Coble, Chair
Represents McCleary and Olympia. Howard was superintendent in Snohomish and Olympia and was executive director of the Washington Association of School Administrators.
Rex Comstock
Represents director districts 2-5 of the North Thurston School District. Rex spent 42 years in the grocery business and formerly served on the North Thurston School Board.
Diana Goldy
Represents Grapeview, Griffin, Hood Canal, Mary M. Knight, North Thurston (director district 1), Pioneer, Shelton and Southside. She is a former member of the Mary M. Knight School Board.
Dean Winner, Vice Chair
Represents Elma, Montesano, North River, Oakville, Rainier, Satsop and Tumwater. Dean, chief pilot for the Weyerhaeuser Company, is a former member of the Tumwater School Board.
